Beaver Creek Ranch and Hunting Lodge Thank you for your interest in Beaver Creek Ranch and Lodge. The Beaver Creek begins in Eastern Colorado and flows 280 miles northeast through Northwest Kansas, emptying into the Republican River in Southwest Nebraska. We are located in Rawlins County, the heart of the Beaver Valley. This area has a rich history: woolly mammoths roamed in prehistoric times, Arapahoe and Cheyenne Indians hunted and lived along the valley, and early pioneers built soddies and farmed the flats. Beaver Creek Ranch has 3,500 acres that consist of rough canyons, creek bottoms, and farm land. Multiple ongoing CRP allows for natural cover and miles of food plots that provide for excellent upland game bird hunts. We specialize in upland game bird hunts: pheasant and quail. We have guided hunts using our dogs. Also available are unguided hunts using your dogs. We have over 1,300 acres of controlled shooting Beaver Creek Lodge was built in the early 1920's and has over 6,000 sq. ft. of living area. Dave Hettinger Outfitting Greetings from Idaho to past clients and prospective new clients! 2004 was Dave's 31st year of guiding elk, deer, and bear hunters. That amounts to a lot of miles on horseback and afoot in the rugged mountains of Montana (1973-1990) and Idaho (1987-2004). And Dave still has an ongoing love affair with those mountains, the wild critters that live there, the livestock that transports both hunters and gear, and sharing a camp with clients who have similar feelings. We offer hunting for elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, moose, and bear. Many of these hunts can be put together for a variety of great combination packages. Idaho is the only state with exclusive commercial outfitter areas. This means no competition from other guides. Our two areas are located in the Salmon River of No Return Wilderness on the Payette and Bitterroot National Forests. The two areas combined total approximately 120 square miles. Due to the remoteness of the areas, the North Salmon area is accessed by jetboat and the South Salmon area by small plane. After arriving by plane or boat, all our hunts are the traditional pack-in type with horses and mules and tent camp accommodations. This added expense to our clients for the jetboat or plane, is a trade off for hunting a remote area where pressure by other hunters remains very light. We have been licensed outfitters since 1975 and as your outfitter, Dave personally guides on most hunts. Years of experience have taught us to keep hunter numbers low to produce highly personalized hunts and a high degree of success. We take pride in hiring some of the finest professional guides and support staff available. The weather and your ability to walk in steep, mountainous terrain will be the main factors determining your success on any hunt we offer. Our trips are full service which includes comfortable tent camps, wholesome meals, guides, cooks, airport pick up, trophy and meat care, transportation of meat to a processor and trophies to our taxidermist if you wish. In an era of ranch and high-fenced hunts, we offer a premier FAIR CHASE wilderness experience. This is hunting as hunting was meant to be. Dave Hettinger Outfitting
Captain Hook Charters has been
a family owned and operated business since 1980. Over the years we have
run into thousands of people from all over the world and all walks of
life. Many of those were fathers bringing their young sons and daughters
fishing for the first time. Now it is those sons and daughters bringing
their fathers, husbands and their families back. Fishing for over two
decades has given us a lot of insight to what fishing buddies, cooperative
groups and families expect in a charter service. Captain Hook Charters

Ranch Outfitters
The 35 Ranch is run by hunters for hunters and as such we often hear words like, "why don't more hunting operations run this way?" Part of this is due to the fact that at the 35 Ranch, we are not dependant on the Ranch as our source of income. Secondly we come from rather hectic metropolitan cities and for us, getting the chance to be out in central Nebraska and guide other hunters is a pleasure in and of itself. If you have a special hunt in mind, please don't hesitate to share it with us! Many options are available including but not limited to: Walleye fishing, coyote hunting, prairie dog hunting and Merriam turkey. To find out more about these great hunts, check out their website or call for a brochure. 35 Ranch Outfitters Bugle Canyon Ranch,
